HKIArb Associate Entry Course (10 & 11 November 2023)

The Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb) will be holding a 1.5 day in-person Entry Course from 10 to 11 November 2023 (Friday and Saturday). Subjects covered in the course include, inter alia, arbitration clauses, applicable law, powers of arbitrators, content and enforcement of the award. This Entry Course, led by Louise Barrington and other seasoned practitioners and trainers in domestic and international arbitration (including Samuel Wong and Edward K H Ng of Chambers), leads to entry to the Institute as an Associate Member upon completion.

A limited number of spaces remain available for the Entry Course. This is a valuable opportunity to get familiarised in-depth with the practice of arbitration and essential aspects of it, including court-related matters. Registrations for the course may be submitted here.
