王則左大律師是一位經驗豐富的資深爭議解決者。 他是一名大律師，並常以仲裁員的身份裁決爭議。 他的執業範圍涵蓋廣泛的商業糾紛，合同的通用法律涵蓋香港法律、紐約法律、中華人民共和國法律和英國法律。 他亦是有效的調解員。

王大律師亦曾參與各法律諮詢項目，包括由前律政司成立的《仲裁條例草案》和香港仲裁法律改革的工作小組及參與工作小組檢視國際商會出版的仲裁規則。他亦曾是仲裁推廣諮詢委員會的一員。

王則左大律師經常為專業團體和於大學進行有關仲裁及調解的專題講座。曾撰寫多篇有關仲裁的文章，其文章被Arbitration in China – A Practical Guide (Sweet & Maxwell 2004)列入書中出版。他撰寫的Arbitration Ordinance 2011- A Guide and Commentary 於2011年9月出版。他亦曾為亞洲爭議解決刊物(Asian Dispute Review)的編輯委員會成員。

此外，王則左大律師在民事和商事方面亦有廣泛的經驗，包括建築、國際貿易、國際貨品售賣（商品和金屬）、海事、知識產權、許可合同、保險、專業疏忽、股東合作協議及中外合資合作協議的糾紛。王大律師經常被委任為唯一、首席或聯席仲裁員，他處理的案件涉及中國國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會(CIETAC)規則、中國各仲裁委員會規則、國際商會(ICC)、香港國際仲裁中心(HKIAC)以及聯合國國際貿易法委員會(UNCITRAL)的仲裁規則。他已裁定一百多起案件。他亦曾在香港FOSFA、倫敦金屬交易所和國際商會案件代表一方當事人。

在調解方面，王大律師曾成功解決各種糾紛，如業主立案法團建築物管理、股東權利、土地、遺囑認證、金融產品、海事和租船契約、銀行與客戶及其他一般合同糾紛。
