Professional Practice

Lily joined 18LC following her completion of pupillage with Mr Alexander Tang, Mr Osmond Lam, Mr Kenneth Lee, and Mr Lincoln Cheung. She is developing a broad civil practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Lily read law at the City University of Hong Kong. She subsequently pursued her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at The University of Hong Kong, during which year she also served as a Research Assistant to Prof Lusina Ho (The University of Hong Kong) and Prof Kelvin Low (National University of Singapore).

Prior to studying law, Lily obtained a bachelors degree in accounting and finance at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Lily is native in Cantonese, and fluent in English and Mandarin.
