HKIArb Associate Entry Course (23 & 24 February 2024)

The Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb) will be holding a 1.5 day in-person Entry Course from 23 to 24 February 2024 (Friday and Saturday). Subjects covered in the course include, inter alia, arbitration clauses, applicable law, powers of arbitrators, content and enforcement of the award. This Entry Course, led by Louise Barrington, leads to entry to the Institute as an Associate Member upon successful completion.

A limited number of spaces remain available for the Entry Course. This is a valuable opportunity to get familiarised in-depth with the practice of arbitration and essential aspects of it, including court-related matters. You may register for the course on the HKIArb’s website here.
