王则左大律师是一位经验丰富的资深争议解决者。 他是一名大律师，并常以仲裁员的身份裁决争议。 他的执业范围涵盖广泛的商业纠纷，合同的通用法律涵盖香港法律、纽约法律、中华人民共和国法律和英国法律。 他亦是有效的调解员。

王大律师亦曾参与各法律咨询项目，包括由前律政司成立的《仲裁条例草案》和香港仲裁法律改革的工作小组及参与工作小组检视国际商会出版的仲裁规则。他亦曾是仲裁推广咨询委员会的一员。

王则左大律师经常为专业团体和于大学进行有关仲裁及调解的专题讲座。曾撰写多篇有关仲裁的文章，其文章被Arbitration in China – A Practical Guide (Sweet & Maxwell 2004)列入书中出版。他撰写的Arbitration Ordinance 2011- A Guide and Commentary 于2011年9月出版。他亦曾为亚洲争议解决刊物(Asian Dispute Review)的编辑委员会成员。

此外，王则左大律师在民事和商事方面亦有广泛的经验，包括建筑、国际贸易、国际货品售卖（商品和金属）、海事、知识产权、许可合同、保险、专业疏忽、股东合作协议及中外合资合作协议的纠纷。王大律师经常被委任为唯一、首席或联席仲裁员，他处理的案件涉及中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会(CIETAC)规则、中国各仲裁委员会规则、国际商会(ICC)、香港国际仲裁中心(HKIAC)以及联合国国际贸易法委员会(UNCITRAL)的仲裁规则。他已裁定一百多起案件。他亦曾在香港FOSFA、伦敦金属交易所和国际商会案件代表一方当事人。

在调解方面，王大律师曾成功解决各种纠纷，如业主立案法团建筑物管理、股东权利、土地、遗嘱认证、金融产品、海事和租船契约、银行与客户及其他一般合同纠纷。
