Professional Practice

Stephen joined Chambers after completing his pupillage with Mr Kenneth Lee, Mr Douglas Kwok, Mr Randy Shek, Mr Richard Yip, and Mr Carter Chim. He is developing a broad civil and criminal practice, and has experiences in contractual disputes, compliance, disciplinary proceedings, injunctive relief, probate, and trusts. He accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Stephen obtained his undergraduate degrees in social sciences and law from the University of Hong Kong. He then went on to obtain a LLM in human rights with distinction from the same university, ranking first in class.

Stephen is native in Cantonese, and fluent in English and Mandarin. He is comfortable with conducting cases in either English or Chinese and well-versed in preparing legal documents in both traditional and simplified Chinese.
