Professional Practice

Oscar joined Chambers in 2025. He served pupillage with Mr Christopher Chain SC, Mr Jonathan Ah-weng, Mr Vincent Chen, Mr Lincoln Cheung, and Mr Albert N.B. Wong.

Oscar is developing a broad civil and commercial practice, with an interest in criminal law. During his pupillage, he gained experiences in insolvency, commercial and contractual disputes, personal injuries, adverse possession, cyber frauds, family law, employment law, white collar crimes, and judicial reviews. He accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ practice.

Oscar holds an undergraduate degree in government and public administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong with First Class Honours. He went on to study law at the same University, ranking top 5% in the JD cohort. Prior to joining the Bar, Oscar also obtained a Master of Law degree from the University of Cambridge.
